Lausanne, 21st February 2019 – On Thursday morning at Lake Songhua Ski Resort, in the province of Jilin, the second competition of the fourth stage of the ISMF World Cup was carried out. The track of the Vertical race, realised by the staff of the International Federation, had a development of 2.8 kilometres with an uphill difference in height of 610 metres.

Lausanne, 22nd February 2019 – The last competition of the event of the ISMF World Cup in China took place on Friday morning on the snows of Lake Songhua Ski Resort. The athletes competed in a spectacular Sprint race.

After the opening ceremony, which attracted hundreds of people through the streets of Villars-sur-Ollon (Switzerland), this morning the turn was of the Sprint race. The first athletes who put the gold medal around the neck were the Swiss Arno Lietha, who was the winner among Seniors but also in the Espoir category, and the Spanish Claudia Galicia Cotrina.

Lausanne, 2nd February 2019 – The weather conditions were difficult for the first race of the third stage of the 2019 ISMF World Cup. In the Provençal ski resort of Superdévoluy, the Local Organising Committee was forced to an extraordinary maintenance in order to realise a competition that guaranteed the minimum safety conditions for the athletes and the spectators.
The skimo family moves to France for the third 2019 ISMF World Cup stage
Lausanne, 1st February 2019 – The 2019 ISMF World Cup has reached the third leg. After being in Austria and in Andorra, the ISMF World Cup makes a stopover in France in the Provençal ski resort of Superdévoluy where two competitions will be held: an Individual race and a Sprint race.
Tomorrow the ISMF World Cup is back to Andorra for the second stage with an Individual and a Vertical race
Lausanne, 25th January 2019 – Tomorrow the curtain will be pulled back on the Andorran stage of the Ski mountaineering World Cup. On Saturday 26th and on Sunday 27th January the best athletes in the world will compete to obtain some important points of the worldwide circuit promoted by the ISMF.
Robert Antonioli and Marianne Fatton won the first World Cup Sprint race in Bischofshofen, Austria
Lausanne 18th January 2019 – Spectators of the great occasions, a lot of snow and vertiginous slopes that reach peaks of 48% were the ingredients of the first Sprint race of the ISMF World Cup. In front of about 2000 people, the élite of the Skimo challenged each other in an exciting afternoon on an ad hoc track designed on the Paul Ausserleitner hill in Bischofshofen. It is a sacred temple of ski jumping and the final stage of the “Four Hills Tournament” circuit.
The pre-visits have achieved positive results: Madonna di Campiglio, Bischofshofen and Disentis are ready to go!

Lausanne, 20th January 2019 – A lot of snow, fast descents, a spectacular circuit and the Austrian mountains to frame a sunny day were the essential ingredients for the first Individual competition of ISMF World Cup. In the beautiful Austrian location of Bischofshofen the copious snowfalls of the beginning of the season have forced the local organisers and the referees to adopt the so-called “plan B”. It consisted in a circuit itinerary of highly emotional impact for the large audience rushed to the Paul Ausserleitner hill faced twice by the skimo champions.
